Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy Single Sessions Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours to qualify for a full refund or reschedule without penalty. Cancellations made within 24–48 hours of the appointment will incur a 50% charge of the session fee. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session or no-shows will be charged 100% of the session fee. Packages & Multi-Session Packs Packages are non-refundable once the first session is completed. Unused sessions within a package can be rescheduled if notice is given at least 48 hours in advance. The sessions must be rescheduled within 90 days of the initial booking to avoid forfeiting the session. Event Bookings (e.g., DJ Services, Retreat Planning) Cancellations made more than 14 days before the event are eligible for a 50% deposit refund. Cancellations made within 14 days of the event will forfeit the deposit. Full payment is due 7 days before the event. Cancellations made after full payment is received will not be eligible for refunds. Refund Exceptions Refunds or rescheduling may be offered on a case-by-case basis in the event of: Verified medical emergencies. Extenuating circumstances beyond the client’s control. Policy Agreement By booking a service, package, or event, clients agree to the terms of this cancellation policy.
