Expertise

I am a wellness practitioner, speaker, and graduate student in clinical mental health counseling, currently completing my master’s at Capella University with anticipated licensure in 2026. My work lives at the intersection of mental health, holistic healing, and cultural empowerment.

Through Necessidy, I offer services that bridge traditional therapy-informed practices with alternative, spiritually grounded methods. While I am not yet a licensed therapist, I draw from evidence-based mental health frameworks, mindfulness, somatic tools, and ancestral wisdom to create offerings that are relatable, trauma-conscious, and community-rooted.

My style is nurturing yet direct—centered on authenticity, emotional safety, and deep transformation. Whether through one-on-one wellness coaching, group workshops, retreats, or public speaking, my mission is to make mental, emotional, and spiritual health feel accessible and sustainable—especially for BIPOC and underserved communities.

I hold a B.S. in Merchandising from the University of North Texas, and I’m certified in Contemporary Theory in Mental Health Services. My academic training is matched with lived experience navigating ADHD, anxiety, and generational healing, which deeply informs my client-centered approach. I understand that real healing requires more than talk therapy—it demands space, strategy, spirit, and support.

Through initiatives like ChassidyTV and Necessidy’s transformative offerings, I continue to cultivate spaces that encourage emotional literacy, personal growth, and collective liberation. I believe wellness isn’t a luxury—it’s a birthright. And I’m here to help people come home to themselves, one breath, one breakthrough, and one bold choice at a time.
